We also have huge presence online where we advertise for the jobs and receive hundreds of CVs. This helps us chalk-out a definite strategy to complete the requested positions across skillsets in stipulated time.
Secondment and contract hiring
We use a managed, controlled recruitment process to match staffing needs on various projects across the world. We have a committed team of qualified and experienced professionals of all disciplines focused on Contract Hire basis with our EPC Clients.
Logistics and global mobility
We provide assistance to the applicants towards local travel i.e. air, road or train and hotel accommodation. We also offer assistance to reach medical/training centers, Consulates/Embassies and airports. Besides, we deliver original travel documents at airport in case an applicant is unable to collect the same from our office.
Technical training
We arrange project sites with Tools and Machinery to test personnel for competency or simulate the actual working environments under stringent specifications of respective industry following specific Quality Control norms laid out by clients either in their presence or under able supervision of Technical Evaluators.
